Its primary concerns are the current circumstances of all nomadic peoples around the world and their prospects. Its readership includes all those interested in nomadic peoples – scholars, researchers, planners and project administrators.

White Horse Press offers green open access to all journal articles. They allow authors to post their own electronic versions of their papers as pre-prints (ie pre-refereeing) or post-prints (ie final draft post-refereeing) subject to the following conditions: Publisher's version/PDF cannot be used; Archive must be on a non-profit server; Publisher copyright must be acknowledged; Published source must be acknowledged; Link to publisher version must be included.
