Food and Foodways publishes work by anthropologists, economists, ethnobotanists, historians, literary critics, nutritionists, psychologists, sociologists, and others who use food as a lens of analysis. We also seek review essays or short topical "reflections" pieces that are provocative and problematic in nature.
